Second to fall, spring is one of my favorite seasons to dress for. Over the past month or so, I’ve been slowly adding items to my spring wishlist. I get inspiration from fellow bloggers and influencers on social media and decide what pieces I’m really missing for my spring wardrobe.
When curating my wishlist, I’m usually sticking to timeless pieces, but I also select a few trendy items that fit my style. I spend a lot of time (probably too much time!) thinking about my spring wardrobe and selecting pieces that I know will work well with other items in my closet. Versatility is very important to me so I always look for pieces that can be styled many ways. I won’t purchase everything on this list, but I’ll definitely be investing in a few of these.
My Spring Wishlist
I own this sweater coat in green but have been wanting this beige color as well. If fits true to size for me and is petite-friendly,
Abby Alley Sling Bag in Black Croco
I love my Abby Alley sling bag in Mocha, and this soon to be released croco version is speaking to me. Abby’s sling bags are so practical and sleek. I wear sling bags a ton in the summer when I’m out with my kids or doing errands.
I’m thinking of adding a quilted jacket to round out my spring layers. I’m crushing hard on this one from Mate The Label. It’s a little pricey so I’m also considering this affordable one from Quince.
Cream Colored Ribbed Knit Dress
Spring and summer are when I lean more heavily into dresses. I’m currently shopping around for a light colored knit dress. Some dresses seem too formal for my casual life, but this style is perfect for daytime. I’ve linked an affordable one from H&M.
I’ve been waffling back and forth on whether to try the cargo pant trend, but I’m not sure it fits my style. I think going with a green barrel leg pant is still on trend, but not too outside my comfort zone.
Alex Mill Standard Short Sleeve Jumpsuit
A black jumpsuit has been on my wishlist for a long time. I own this jumpsuit in the oatmilk color in the long sleeve version. They are pricey, but they have the best fit I have ever tried especially for petites. I sized down to the XXS.
Sam Edelman Loraine Bit Loafer
There is something about a white shoe that is just cool and unexpected. It takes a minimal outfit up a notch for sure. I love the sleek style of these loafers from Sam Edelman.
As we start wearing simple tanks and tees more often, jewelry can make a much bigger impact on an outfit. This style of necklace layers well with other more dainty necklaces.
Quince Oversized Boyfriend Cardigan
I own this cardigan in the brown and oatmeal colors, but this ivory color would be so good for spring. They are perfectly cozy, and I wore mine so much last year in the summer evenings.
When I was browsing Tradlands new spring collection, I spotted this beauty. What a gorgeous woven bag! It’s made by artisans in Kenya and inspired by 1970s flea market finds. This would be an outfit maker right here.
I am smitten with this white blouse from Dôen. Absolutely smitten. This would be adorable tucked into jeans with white flats for spring.
Citizen’s Of Humanity Ayla Cuffed Jeans
I’ve had my eye on these trendy jeans. All fall and winter, I’ve been just cuffing my wide leg jeans to recreate this style, but I think it’s finally time to invest. I don’t want them to be too baggy so I plan to size down two sizes.
I’m all about stripes in the springtime, and this camel/ecru version from ABLE’s spring collection is just my style.
I’ve been wanting a green trench since last fall, and I just ordered this one from Everlane to try out. I could see this styled so many ways for spring.
